Jon Grabeal: Owner/Fitness Coach

Jon Grabeal is a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and  owner of Prime Exercise  His athletic background comes from basketball, wrestling, swimming, running, mountain biking and cycling.  Jon believes that exercise is what keeps people young and enjoying life, and that exercise should be something that is fun and beneficial to overall health. Jon strongly believes that everyone can benefit from a well designed exercise program.  On weekends you can find Jon cycling his way through the back roads of Northern California.

Tonya Geers: Fitness Coach

Tonya Geers is a group fitness instructor and certified Pilates Instructor through Integrated Teacher Training Pilates (ITT).

Tonya’s athletic background comes from running and this was the reason to begin her part time career as a fitness instructor. Tonya believes in order to add years to your life, you must nourish the body by supplying it with ample amounts of sleep, appropriate nutrition and enjoyable fitness activities with friends.

On weekends you can find Tonya at the East Cottonwood School volunteering her time with Shasta County by leading Senior Citizens in a variety of functional exercises, monitoring blood pressures, balancing, and stretching to the beat of  music.

Phil Kerkenides: Public Relations Director

Phil Kerkenides is a lifelong resident of the Northstate who enjoys many activities, both indoors and outdoors.  Phil enjoys entertaining people by singing in bands, as well as playing electric guitar.  Phil is also a military veteran, serving four years in the United States Navy.  He believes fitness and health are paramount to leading a full and productive life.  He is joined in this belief by his beautiful wife of six years, Amber Kerkenides.
